International presence
Eleven years on foreign markets
We do not travel to trade fairs to collect brochures. Since 2015 we have been where investment decisions are made in Europe and, increasingly, beyond it — MIPIM, EXPO REAL, BATIMAT, Futurebuild, and the economic missions of the Polish Chamber of Commerce in Africa. That is why a conversation with us does not begin with explaining how a market works.

What kind of events
Three kinds of travel, three different reasons
Property market fairs
MIPIM in Cannes and EXPO REAL in Munich — seven times each. That is where capital meets a project and where cities present their development land. We are there regularly, not occasionally, and the difference shows in the conversations.
Construction and technology fairs
BATIMAT in Paris, Futurebuild in London, Batibouw in Brussels, Bygg Reis Deg in Oslo, Africa Tech Festival in Cape Town, Expo 2025 in Osaka. Here it is about technology and materials — about what we will be designing with three years from now.
Economic missions and urban policy
Missions of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, which we join as a delegation member — Nigeria, Zimbabwe and South Africa, Mozambique together with the EU–Mozambique Business Forum. Plus the European Parliament of Enterprises, a sitting of entrepreneurs in the plenary chamber of the European Parliament where we were part of the Polish delegation, and three editions of the European Week of Regions and Cities. That is where you see where European economic and urban policy is heading, before it becomes regulation.

Why this matters to an investor
Because a practice that has been travelling to these events for eleven years knows more than the regulations. It knows how the conversation goes in a given country: what the bank expects, what counts as standard documentation, where the designer's role ends. That cannot be read up on.
